COURSE OVERVIEW/ JOB PLACMENT ASSISTANCE |
Our Professioal Bartending/Mixology class is a 40 hour class which can be completed over a one or two week period.
We have classes that start every Tuesday, either the afternoon class which runs from 1:00pm to 5:00pm or our evening class which runs from 6:00pm to 10:00pm
The graduate of our course will have learned how to professionally prepare 175 traditional drinks as well as highly popular local drink recipes. Drinks range from the traditional martini to the ever popular sex on the beach.
Our classroom is set up as an actual bar. The students will spend approximately 75% of their time preparing the drinks and practicing their bartending skills after our qualified instructor has explained and demonstrated how to prepare each drink.
Graduates will learn responsible alcohol service, beer & wine, opening and closing their station, as well as basic cash register procedures. Graduates will have all necessary skills to successfully tend bar professionally.
Our Job Placement Assistance Director is responsible for providing job placement assistance for all of our graduates.
State laws prohibit any school from guaranteeing job placement; however, we are very proud of our job placement rate which averages over 90% nationwide.
We do not consider our job complete until every effort has been made to satisfy each and every student. Our school policy is to work with each graduate, making sure that he or she will have bartending opportunities available and that any questions are answered about the various establishments.
In addition to local placement assistance we offer nationwide job placement assistance in over 80 of the best cites in the U. S. and Canada. If relocation is in your plans, let us help you with a new start in a new city!
Each Job Placement Director has a complete list of our schools around the country that may be used for placement assistance.
